Inline Laser Marking

beamer laser marking custom inline laser marking solution system

Overview

Beamer’s inline laser marking solutions integrate directly into existing manufacturing cells and assembly lines. The system features a mountable, IP65-rated head unit for harsh environments and a powder-coated steel controller to protect internal electronics. Operating on standard 110V air cooling, these units provide industrial marking capability without requiring extensive infrastructure changes.

Connectivity is handled through TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, and Digital I/O for integration with PLCs and drivers. The system includes a distance pointer for focusing, a guide laser for alignment, and a USB port for job setup. These units offer a stable solution for manufacturers requiring precise traceability within automated workflows.

Optimize Your Production Line With Expert Guidance

Selecting the right industrial laser marking system is an investment where long-term ROI depends on aligning technology with your specific operations. What is your expected throughput? What are the material properties? Are you marking different substrates? Can they release toxic fumes when laser-marked? These and other aspects are important to consider before you make the final decision. Our laser processing experts are here to walk you through the process. And if our standard products don’t perfectly align with your workflow, our engineers will devise a custom, precision-engineered solution just for you.

Stacked Filtration for Particulate Capture

Laser marking can release fine particles and potentially harmful gases into the air, creating risks for the environment. That’s why TBH is our trusted provider of multi-stage fume extraction systems that help protect operator health, prevent residue buildup on sensitive equipment, and maintain air quality in your workspace.
