Service Repair Rates:
Diagnostic: $196.00 Flat Fee
Labor: $250.00 / Hour
Internet based support, repair, upgrade: $230.00 / Hour

Initial Support & Billing:

  • Each customer is entitled to one (1) free support session of up to one (1) hour total.
  • Any support efforts exceeding this timeframe are billable at the standard rate.
  • When support exceeds the free hour, the customer must be informed and payment arrangements are made before continuing support.
