If your application requirements fall outside of the capabilities of our standard machines, reach out! Beamer is now part of Laser Photonics (Nasdaq: LASE), offering a broad portfolio of specialized solutions that integrate different laser types and configurations. We collaborate directly with your team to design a laser marking system for your unique manufacturing needs. Utilizing a programmable PLC, automation and technology bolt-ons, we develop the machine that can be perfectly integrated into your workflow.
Every Beamer laser marking machine comes preloaded with Marking Creator 3.0. The interface uses familiar Windows-based commands to manage graphical editing, laser parameters, and custom automation scripts within a single environment. These controls provide the technical access required for complex industrial workflows and high-volume production.
Marking Creator 3.0 provides a true “what you see is what you get” environment where users can define and execute jobs within seconds using a real-time visual interface that displays exact marking outcomes. The software supports multi-entity layouts and allows for a large number of saved pens for specific materials, ensuring consistent results without recalibrating settings between tasks.
At Beamer, we build fiber laser systems to handle many different materials on your shop floor. Whether your workflow involves hardened tool steel and aerospace-grade titanium or thermoplastics and technical ceramics, we engineer our machines to match the substrate. By calibrating the 1064 nm fiber laser for specific material densities, we ensure clean, permanent marks that maintain high contrast and legibility regardless of the environment.
Different parts require different approaches to durability. For medical instruments or clean-room components, our systems perform precise annealing – using heat to create a dark, permanent mark under the surface without actually cutting into the metal. This keeps the part smooth and corrosion-resistant. For heavy-duty industrial components that face extreme wear, the system can be dialed in for deep engraving, physically carving the data into the substrate so it stays legible for the life of the part.
Marking shouldn’t be the stage that slows down your output. We design Beamer systems to replace the delays caused by manual labeling, mechanical peening, or maintenance-heavy inkjet systems. By minimizing manual intervention, post-processing, and the handling of consumables, our semi-automated process streamlines the entire workflow. These systems are built for high-uptime environments, requiring only minimal maintenance – such as filter changes for the fume extraction setup. Our aim is to help you keep throughput high and downtime at zero.
