M-Series

Overview

The M-Series – our multi-zone laser marking machine engineered for maximum maneuverability and heavy-part processing. With its programmable 28-inch X-axis, 18.5-inch Z-axis, and 180-degree rotating head, this station eliminates the need for manual part repositioning on round or intricate surfaces. The open architecture and integrated 360-degree turntable make it a powerhouse for everything from high-precision cylindrical marking to heavy industrial components that require crane-assisted loading.

Constructed on a heavy-duty frame with casters for mobility, the M-Series runs on a standard 110VAC outlet. The system supports fiber laser sources up to 100W and includes auto focus and automated door as standard features. This combination of high-precision movement and plug-and-play power allows it to integrate directly into existing production lines.

Optimize Your Production Line With Expert Guidance

Selecting the right industrial laser marking system is an investment where long-term ROI depends on aligning technology with your specific operations. What is your expected throughput? What are the material properties? Are you marking different substrates? Can they release toxic fumes when laser-marked? These and other aspects are important to consider before you make the final decision. Our laser processing experts are here to walk you through the process. And if our standard products don’t perfectly align with your workflow, our engineers will devise a custom, precision-engineered solution just for you.

Stacked Filtration for Particulate Capture

Laser marking can release fine particles and potentially harmful gases into the air, creating risks for the environment. That’s why TBH is our trusted provider of multi-stage fume extraction systems that help protect operator health, prevent residue buildup on sensitive equipment, and maintain air quality in your workspace.
